Jason has been a personal trainer for eight years. While earning his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine at Northeastern University, he worked with some of Massachusetts top athletes including The New England Patriots, Harvard University, Northeastern University, and Reading High School. He carries a certification with NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.). Jason also has an extensive background in rehabilitation for athletes who want to return to full activity. He has personal experience with sports such as mixed martial arts, football, track, cheerleading, and gymnastics. He has also trained athletes and non athletes alike for recreational activities, various sports and the Marines. If there is a goal you want to achieve Jason has the motivation and experience to get you there.

Phil has been a personal trainer for 5 years and is currently certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has worked with many individual clients and groups as well, even developing a beach training bootcamp that he ran in Del Ray Beach, Florida. This camp involved many unique workouts that kept the class motivated, excited and always coming back for more. Phil likes to keep the workouts challenging and fun, you will never want to leave him! If you are looking to take your competitive game to the next level, Phil has experience training those who want to get ready for Football, baseball, golf, and boxing. He also has experience working with high school athletes and getting them ready for the college transition. There is no job to big or too small that Phil can't help you achieve.
Josiah Bertolino, RN, NASM

Josiah has been actively involved in the fitness industry for 9 years, and it was his passion for the human body and its function that led him to earn his Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from UMASS Dartmouth. Josiah currently holds the designation of Registered Nurse (RN), has his Personal Training Certification through NASM, and is CPR and AED Certified. Prior to college, he spent 4 years serving in the United States Army, which has taught him enormous discipline and motivation that is easily passed on to his clients. Josiah has personal experience with a variety of different sports including football, rugby, cheerleading, track and cross country.
