In this class you will not only have a fantastic workout and feel empowered, but you will also slowly learn advanced techniques - such how to properly ‘rack’ a KB so that it doesn’t hit the back of your wrist, and how to perform the famous kettlebell swing with incredible form!

As a coach who has tried most types of exercise + equipment, I routinely reach for kettlebells over anything else – they are that great!
