The emphasis of the class is breathing and connecting our movement to breath. This session will help regulate our emotional state as well as improving strength and flexibility.

Our minds need as much attention as our bodies and throughout the session we will help improve the mind and body connection so you leave with improved posture and enhanced wellbeing.
